The Baby Room

Our Baby Room is for children aged 0-2 years old. Here our tiniest charges will begin to explore the world, while being looked after by our experienced team. We pride ourselves in offering a caring and nurturing environment where children feel safe and secure. There will be lots of comfort and reassurance, fun and discoveries in the Baby Room! We also work in close partnership with parents/carers, keeping them up-to-date with all developments and progress at nursery.

Even from a young age the children in the baby room are encouraged to be kind to others, learn how to share with their friends as well as being given opportunities to explore our community by going out for walks and collecting leaves, fir cones and sticks to use in play and learn about the environment.

We work in partnership with the pre-school to ensure our curriculum includes preparing the children to make the transition to the pre-school when they turn 2 years old. We support the children to learn how to feed themselves and start to follow instructions as well as learning to take part in more group activities.
